The following check was written from D.T. Brown on his Hamilton NB account
to John Crumley. Based on the signatures and stamps on the back it was
endorsed by John Crumley and cashed at McBryar Bros. who deposited it
in there 1st NB account via the Clearing House. However, the Hamilton
NB returned the check to the 1st NB with the Hamilton Trust & Savings
Bank form, see below, indicating the signature was incorrect. The 1st
NB then returned it to McBryar Bros and debited there account and informed
them with the First National Bank form shown below.
